Al Fateh Grand Mosque

 

The Al Fateh Mosque is Bahrain’s largest mosque. The huge domed building hosts the National Library.  The mosque was built in the 1990s. The dedicated guides lead visitors through the mosque, explaining aspects of religious etiquette while pointing out special features of mosque architecture. Visitors will be amazed by the astonishing Islamic architecture, interiors adorned with fine inscriptions and delicate carvings that capture the essence of nature.
